Friday Nov 20, 2015
Dave Sullivan and the crew from Ungovernable Films join us in studio to talk the Paris Terror Attacks, taking in refugees, pooping your pants, and sock toss. All this before someone eats their own semen. We jump right into the Paris Terror attacks at the Eagles of Death Metal concert. Dave Harvey breaks his social media radio silent since Paul Walker's death to tweet about the tragedy. Nobody at the table is in support Facebook allowing users to overlay the French Flag on users profile pictures, since it's assumed people did nothing else to support the victims. This went on for thirty minutes. France will allow 30,000 Syrian Refugees, although the US has many states that claim they will not take them in. Jeb Bush also has a plan for them. Anonymous takes on ISIS by disabling their twitter accounts. Matt introduces some clips from the Wheelbarrow Full of Dicks podcast, where they parodied Dunkin Donuts commercials in their latest episode. We discuss our own laziness in producing segments for the show, and that good ideas are better off elsewhere. We talk Ungovernable Films the second hour, and learn about their new short film, Gay Jesus, they are filming now. Paul McAlarney is the leader of the group, and once tasted his own poo. Ungovernable Films likes to make exploitation films. Their film Honky Holocaust is getting distributed through Troma Entertainment to DVD and streaming online. Paul weaves a tale about pooping his pants often, then showering to clean up the mess. He blames excessive coffee drinking. Gay Jesus is their current film, and they talk creating the film on a small budget, and producing a film with everyone naked. Red Cups and Dickheads
Friday Nov 13, 2015
Friday Nov 13, 2015
This week brings along more arguments, no guests, and face measurements. We recap Rhode Island Comic-Con, and get a little Shia LaBeoufy. All this before Dave goes to sleep and makes everyone wait for him. Matt started off the show complaining that Joe spoiled iZombie for him. While Joe maintains that nothing was spoiled, Matt argued that just a hint of a spoiler ruins his experience - yet Matt doesn't mind telling spoilers on the show because it is funny. We recounted our experience at Rhode Island Comic Con and our experience with Dave Harvey. Dave left comic con early, and did not go out later with Joe and Matt so that he could go to bed early and wake up in time for Sunday's show. When Sunday rolled around, Joe waited 30 minutes outside Dave's house and sent many texts and phone calls before leaving. Dave maintains that it's Joe's fault for not knocking on the door and contacting his Dad. So Dave ended up missing Sunday's broadcast. In the second hour, Matt wanted Joe to apologize for shaving and showing too much face. This lead to pulling out a tape measure to measure everyone's faces and to try to prove who had the most face. We talked about the Red Starbucks Cup Controversy, and watched the original video telling me people to say their name is Merry Christmas at Starbucks - but don't boycott them. Dave wanted to talk about Shia LaBeouf's live streaming of himself watching all his movies in a long marathon. Peter Cullen Frank Welker and Lou Ferrigno
Friday Nov 06, 2015
Friday Nov 06, 2015
Adam returns from filming, David Langill visits the show, and the situations around our interviews may be more interesting than our interviews with Peter Cullen, Frank Welker, and Lou Ferrigno that lead up to Rhode Island Comic Con. All this before Joe can back out of a solo interview. We started the show off discussing the woman who went around filming a guy who she claimed was secretly filming young girls. While we have no proof the guy was filmed anyone, it's not illegal to film people in parks or public areas. We talked about the new Star Trek series in the works for next year. It's being banished to CBS All Access in a bid to drive viewers to the service, however the general consensus is that we will be torrenting the new series. Dave foolishly claimed that all new shows are superhero shows, but refuses to back down when presented with facts. In the second hour, we talked about how the interview with Peter Cullen and Frank Welker came about. Matt had scheduled the interview and invited everyone to join. Joe was the only who accepted the invite. The night of the interview, Matt has trouble connecting to the conference call, which left Joe the only one to do the interview. We play the awkward solo interview with Peter Cullen and Frank Welker where they talk about their favorite voices, picking the right voice for a character, and THEN HAVING MEGATRON HAVE A DISCUSSION WITH EEYORE. Matt setup the next interview with Lou Ferrigno over Text message with Lou himself. The story of the text messages involves sending back Salmon dinners three times, pictures of Matt's wife, and Bailey Jay. Lou came on and did a phone interview with us, and described working as Michael Jackson's personal trainer, and not drinking alcohol to get drunk. Black Daughter
Friday Oct 30, 2015
Friday Oct 30, 2015
We had Phil, Carissa, and Mischa from Black Daughter in to play some music, talk about the Oklahoma parade crash, and premiere a new Harvey's Headlines song. All this before Carissa and Matt use a homemade soap. Matt started the show with the suggestion that we don't use shampoo or soap in the shower as this will not protect your body from infections. His only recommendation is to use goat's milk soap for some reason he can't explain. Black Daughter describes the unique origin to their name (not racist). They have a kickstarter that raised $12,000, including 3 people that donated $1,000 each to record an album at the Killer's personal studio. The prize for $1,000 donation was a custom song, and Matt talked about ordering from the Max Beamis' Song Shop. Carissa talked about how she joined the band, and Phil hands out business cards with only "I'm Phil" on it. Black Daughter played their first song of the show, "Marionette". We came back from break, and Phil revealed that he is a very young looking 36, and Carissa claims she is a young 21. Everyone talks about how they find new music - buying singles on iTunes, listening to the first 10 seconds on Spotify, and the importance of trying to capture and maintain an audience. Phil talked about their upcoming show (October 30th) at the Middle East in Cambridge, Boston (we attended!). Black Daughter played their second song on the show, "Hello Operator". Mischa and Phil talk about their love of the new GSN gameshow, The Hellevator. We even got everyone to try our moonshine. Lastly, we talked about the Oklahoma Parade Crash with the woman drunk driver. Dave brought in the video footage as well. Black Daughter concluded with another song, "Heavy Hand". The Nine Choirs
Friday Oct 23, 2015
Friday Oct 23, 2015
Eddie, with an unpronounceable last name, and Jacob from Nine Choirs Music came in studio to talk the popularity of Back to the Future day, talk about their friends penises, and play a few songs. All this before someone tickled Joe and he (may or may not have, there's no evidence) farted. We started the show with Matt's review of The Martian, colored by the fact that he watched half the film last week and fell asleep, and finished it this week. His one complaint about the film came from the part he remembered in the second half, where Abe Lincoln went faster than warp 9 and slingshotted around the sun to stop an alien probe. We talked news about Erin Andrews filing a Lawsuit against Marriot Hotels about the 2008 peeping incident. Dave railed against Back to the Future Day, the day that only comes once a lifetime and everyone was talking about, despite celebrating annually, Captain Picard Day. Matt played a clip of a stranger at the bar tickling Joe, and attempted to blame Joe for farting. There was no evidence and there were other players on the field, however. During the second hour, Eddie told us his first CD album was 'N Sync's No Strings Attached and that his favorite song was Dirty Pop. They played a show with our friends, Monkey Knife Fight. We talked about their cover, You Got Spirit Kid originally by Coheed and Cambria. Eddie mentioned that he saw his friend Evans penis, and claimed to have seen 20% of his friends' penises. They talked writing a comic, and played a song for us, Crowning the Hangman. It Came From Another Podcast
Friday Oct 16, 2015
Friday Oct 16, 2015
Comedian Jay Burns returns with fellow comedian Nate Loura to do an episode of their podcast, "It Came From Another", within our show, we dissected the Democratic Debate, and talked the ins and outs of being a porn star. All this before Matt unplugs our computer. We started off the show with the Democratic Debate Highlights and suggested it might be better to have the candidates do physical challenges like on Double Dare. Bernie Sanders took that challenge and danced on Ellen. We think that Joe Biden might be the king of dick picks and dick jokes. We also took a crack at Mike Huckabee's Live Twitter of the debate. We talked about Lamar Odom's coma due to cocaine at a brothel. There were questions about Dennis Hof cathouse and business, and then somehow Jay's porn career came back up. Nate admitted that Jay has never mentioned his former porn career, and only just recently learned about it. Jay talked about meeting a couple from Feabie, a social website to meet people in the feeder community and agreeing to make a porn with them. Nate wanted to play the game of what is the price for you do a Portuguese Breakfast - as Nate describes it, which is scrambling eggs in someone's anus, then using your sausage to cook the eggs and eat them after you're done. Nate and Jay did an episode of their show, It Came From Another Podcast, during our second hour. They talk about Horror movies and specifically why Dave and Joe do not like Horror movies. They give some suggestions of movies to watch (Leprechaun), before we play another game - how many kills have horror characters made through their movies and TV shows - all that to the sweet, duclet sax solo of Baker Street. Your Harvey's Headlines this week: Tesla Cars drive themselves. The Killing Joke comic book movie adaptation will be rated R. Clemson University apologizes for serving Mexican Food. Running Out Of Bad Luck
Friday Oct 09, 2015
Friday Oct 09, 2015
We have our friends from Bad Luck back after almost a year, we make a call to a Scientologist, and Randy Quaid was arrested and made a crazy video. All this before Matt can get in his good thrusts. Matt started off the show telling us about his dismal performance pleasing his wife with morning sex. He was only able to get two thrusts in before finishing and claims that usually, he leaves his wife satisfied. He even has signature thrusts that his wife requests he use instead of two quick pumps. Matt also received a call from a Scientologist looking for his mother, who had gone to a few sessions 30 years ago. We call her back, and tell her Matt is from Utah. She tries to recruit Matt after he reveals that his mom is now in a coma and asks if Scientology can help. She claims he can get an "assist" and she is "tracking" him. After an awkward exchange about drugs and Matt's mom's personal details, the call ends. Joe won't reveal former sexcapades for legitimate reasons, and Roman asks if he can set Joe up on a blind date. We reminisce about our "Tortured Torie Dating Game" from 3 years ago. We talked about Randy Quaid and his insane wife's arrest in Canada, which might get them deported. We watched their ranting response video, where they try out multiple takes of what they want to say. Dom from Bad Luck, who we had on the show last year where they performed a few live songs in studio, called in to update us on their new music and their new tour. Dom talked about losing Evan and gaining Steve as their guitar player and writing the songs he wants to write now. You can find out the details of their tour on their Facebook page. Check out their new song, "I'm the Lion, You're Dead". Bean Boozle
Friday Oct 02, 2015
Friday Oct 02, 2015
This episode featured the Pope, MMMMchelle, a new Parcheesi's Poetry corner, and adult men eating Hogwarts jelly beans. All that just as soon as BEAR WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS BEAR? Dave started off the show announcing he's sick today prompting Matt to boast that he's on a non-vomit streak and challenging people to get him to puke. We contemplate what tasks Dave will do at Fiverr.com and if there's any stunt he's set against. Matt attends a work dinner and doesn't think to bring anyone on the show a sandwich. We moved onto the Pope's recent visit to the US. Dave showed us a video of the Pope giving a speech to Congress. The video only underscored our lack of recognition for any of our nation's leadership. Not everyone was on their best behavior though, as Congressman Bob Brady stole the Pope's water so he could also drink it. Start your pre-orders too, as the Pope's new pop rock album is dropping. During the second hour, we played a game of Bean Boozled, which is where you get a jelly bean that is either a safe flavor like coconut or something gross like baby wipes. Dave gives Black Mass a poor review. We find out that Dave responds immediately to invites to movies from his true friends Sean and Kevin, but still ignores all our attempts of friendship. NASA found evidence of liquid water on Mars, just in time for Matt Damon's new movie, The Martian to premiere in theaters. Bill Nye the Science Guy defended Mars on the Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore. Dave showed us this video where a woman was yelling at a bear breaking her kayak. Harvey's Headlines brought us news of George Zimmerman tweeting a photo of Trayvon Martin's corpse.
