We're back in 2016 with our first show of the year, and we give an extensive review of The Hateful Eight, Making a Murderer, a breakfast sandwich maker, an egg maker, the powerball lottery, and an Oregon Standoff. Try to listen to the episode before Matt's back hair grows back. Our friend, Chaunty Spillane took some artistic nude portraits and is selling them as wall art for $5000. Matt would have paid $30 at most, while Dave says he'd rather buy an album of nudes from Cam girls for $30. We saw the Hateful Eight, which Charles describes as "Detective Western, Feel Good Summer Blockbuster Murder Mystery with an M. Night Shyamalan twist". While Joe and Matt argue that does not accurately describe the movie, Charles counters that it was exciting they read the letter that Samuel L Jackson gets from Abraham Lincoln in the movie. Matt brings up the debate about violence on women in the movie, but Dave says it's ok if it's for comedic effect. We found a review of the breakfast sandwich maker Joe gave Charles for Christmas last year. The video, starring Chef Alton Brown, says it's a terrible device, and Charles agrees, and says he will continue never using it. Alton Brown also suggests that you should never use the device called a Rollie Eggmaster. Matt and Joe watched Making a Murderer, the new Netflix documentary and agree that people shouldn't be jumping immediately to say he's innocent. Dave suggests this is a further call for tort reform. We talked the Oregon Standoff, and Joe is confused why they would take over a cabin that is so easy to destroy. We wonder if they will be called terrorists because they're white men with guns. We discuss what we'd do with the large powerball winnings, and Charles says that he would create a job for Dave to earn a lot of money, but Dave says that it sounds like torture. Joe is relieved when Dave says he would not take any money from Joe because of his pride. Matt brings in a video, a bad lip dub of Yoda and Luke Skywalker, that turns out to be another thorn in Dave's side. Harvey's Headlines this week: Natalie Cole is died. Tranny Slasher Update. Former co-host Sean and Beer Geek Brett join us in our first show back in the studio since the Thanksgiving break. So much news to cover from the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooting, San Bernadino shooting, a woman banging dogs, and a special 2 hour edition of Harvey's Headlines, with a new Harvey's Headlines song! All this before Joe can mute everyone on the show. We started with the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooting, where Carly Fiorino started the rumor is that Planned Parenthood was selling baby parts. We debated if this attack is called Terrorism or if its just being classified as a mass shooting. We googled the FBI's definition, which classifies it as terrorism, but the media is calling it a mass shooting. Charles claims that Planned Parenthood was getting shot up before 9/11, so it can't be classified as terrorism. We moved onto the San Bernadino shooting, After learning a bit about the attack, we devolve into racial debates and xenophobia. After the break, Dave spazzes out about the Christmas decorations, complaining if they were actually good, they'd be up all year. Dave brought in clips from Whitney Wisconsin, who made a Youtube video about why we should be able to have sex with our dogs. The reasons range from "they have tongues that can hit hard to reach places" and "you can't get pregnant," She even tricked people into smelling her fingers after she had put them inside of herself. We watched the trailer to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, and while nobody seemed to like the first movie, there is some hope since they are introducing Casey Jones and Beebop and Rocksteady and the trailer looks better than the first movie. We also watched the new Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer, which gives away most of the plot and shows that Doomsday will be in the movie to unite Batman and Superman. Harvey's Headlines this week: Scott Weiland is died. Robert Loggia is died. 14 Year old arrested for punching a downs syndrome kid. Michael B Jordan popped on "Creed" set. BLM Protest Shooting Co-Worker fight turn ends with immolation. Donald Trump vs Bald Eagle Donald Trump bans Muslims. Donald Trump to shut down the internet. Stoya vs James Dean Obama called "Total Pussy" on live tv Music used in this week's episode: Black English - "Stay with Me" Cobra Starship - "Bring It" Stone Temple Pilots - "Interstate Love Song" You can listen to this week's episode on iTunes, Stitcher, and here:
